All in stock items have a five day return policy upon receipt. If you would like to return your jewelry piece for credit or exchange, you must contact us within five days after the date of delivery for a return authorization and further assistance. Once granted, your return must be shipped fully insured with return postage paid by you. All merchandise must be in perfect sellable condition, with the sales receipt, and accompanied by all accessories as initially shipped.

All international sales are final.

Custom & Made-To-Order Jewelry

All custom design, custom waxes, custom made jewelry pieces, and made-to-order jewelry pieces are final sale.

Please allow additional time for custom design, custom waxes, and custom made jewelry pieces. Manufacturing times vary based on the intricacy of the design. A more accurate date of completion will be provided once the custom design inquiry is received and evaluated. Once production is complete, items will ship out within 1-2 business days.

All orders include complimentary, expedited and insured shipping within the United States. Orders for in stock items are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are generally delivered within 1-3 business days. Please note that all orders require a signature on delivery.

Please keep in mind that you are buying a vintage and/or pre-owned timepiece, and as such, it will often exhibit wear consistent with its age and use. We thoroughly inspect each piece (inside and out) to ensure that the condition is up to our standards prior to sale, all mechanical parts are in working order, and it is keeping time within acceptable standards (unless explicitly noted in the listing). It is important to understand that vintage mechanical watches are not as accurate as quartz watches and will require regular maintenance and care to keep them running in top condition. Due to the antique nature of these collectible pieces, we recommend avoiding all contact with water or moisture as none of our watches are guaranteed to be water resistant.
