Custom Inquiry
Each custom design is a true collaboration, tailored to reflect your personal story, style, or sentiment. Here’s how our process typically works:
1. Creative Collaboration: We start with a conversation. Together, we develop your idea into a clear concept—this may include sketches, reference images, or simply a shared vision.
2. Estimate: Once we have a solid idea of the design, we’ll provide a ballpark estimate for the completed piece.
3. Deposit & Commitment: Once you’re ready to move forward, we require a deposit to begin the next phase.
4. Design & Development: We bring your vision to life with a detailed 3D CAD (computer-aided design) model, giving you a realistic preview of the final piece from multiple angles.
5. Approval & Production: Once you approve the CAD design, we begin production—carefully crafting your piece with precision and care.
6. Completion & Delivery: Once your custom piece is complete, we’ll request the final payment. From there, your jewelry is shipped or hand-delivered.
Each custom piece is truly one-of-a-kind, and as such, pricing varies based on your unique vision and requirements. We provide personalized quotes based on a variety of factors, including but limited to the following:
1. Design Complexity: The intricacy and detail of your chosen design.
2. Design & Development Fees: Including 3D modeling, product development, prototyping, and wax models.
3. Size & Weight: The dimensions and overall heft of the finished piece.
4. Gemstones: The type, size, and quality of any gemstones or diamonds selected.
5. Labor & Craftsmanship: The amount of skilled work and artistry involved.
6. Timeline: Any specific deadlines or expedited commission requests.
